We’ve worked hard to gain a reputation as one of the best in communicating with our clients. You’ll never be lost, out of the loop or alone in the journey. From the moment we start working together – we’ll create a WhatsApp group with you so we’re always available.

Our sales staff will be giving regular updates on viewings and feedback and our sales progression team will hold your hand from the day you accept an offer to the day you hand over the keys. We’re with you every step of the way.

Zero Week Contract

When you market your home with an estate agent, they will make you sign a ‘sole agency agreement’. This is to authorise that agent to put your property on the market. What you may not know, is you’re also signing to give the agent the sole rights to sell your home for a period.

This can be 12,15, or up to 18 weeks!

This is for the agent's protection so you’re ‘Locked In’. If you’re not happy during this period then you can not leave and this is purely for the agents’ benefit – not yours.

At Howgates, we work on a strict zero-week contract policy. Although you will initially sign for us to market your home, there is no ‘tie-in period’.

In short, at any point, you can give us 24 hour’s notice. It’s that simple.
